PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING

This year, the Ocean Sands Property Owners Association Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the Corolla Fire Station, 827 Whalehead Drive at Dolphin Street. The meeting will run from 9 am until about Noon.

In 2017, a Special Meeting was held to move the Annual Meeting from the second Tuesday in May to the last Saturday in April. This formal change to the Restrictive Covenants was meant to encourage more owners to attend by conflicting less with the beginning of the rental season, Easter or Mothers Day. Please plan to attend. Voice your concerns about any of the issues you see, or have experienced, over the past year.

NC law requires only 142 more Written Consent forms be signed for Ocean Sands to achieve owner self-governance. Another aspect to consider is that more than half of owners have already taken action to remove Coastland’s control of OSPOA. Now we need you to do yours to get us over the finish line. There will be consent forms and a Notary available at the meeting. If you have not sent in YOUR form, this is your opportunity.
