Chris Markwith
Ocean Sands property owner in Section Q since 2010; Rent property and frequently visit.

University of Mary Washington, B.S.;  Virginia Commonwealth University, M.B.A: Certified Public Accountant; Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Work Experience:
Chief Financial Officer for various companies over the last 10-plus years; Prior to being a CFO, held Controller and Director of Finance positions; Began career as an auditor before moving to Finance; Have worked for nonprofit and for profit organizations in industries such as state government, banking, healthcare, and international humanitarian assistance.

Ocean Sands owner in Section F since 2004; full-time resident since 2011.  Property originally purchased in 1974 by father-in-law (OSPOA board member in 1980’s and 90’s).

Work Experience:
Vice-President, Tax, Treasury & Risk Management, Talecris Biotherapeutics (Cerberus portfolio company);  Vice-President, Tax & Treasury, Aventis Behring;  Asst. General Tax Officer, ARCO Chemical Company.  Currently, Corolla Magistrate.
